Welcome to Spirivanta. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of our website at spirivanta.link (Site) and our services, info products, and goods (collectively, Offerings). By accessing or using any Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services: Spiritual Alignment Workshops for Leaders
Our Services include live and virtual workshops designed to guide leaders toward greater spiritual alignment. Each workshop will be conducted as scheduled, and participants must register in advance. You agree to follow all instructions and respect the community atmosphere.
2. Info Products
Our Info Products include digital courses, guided recordings, and written materials related to spiritual alignment practices. Access will be granted upon confirmation of purchase and remains valid for the duration specified at purchase.
3. Goods
Our Goods include any physical items sold through our Site, such as branded materials or devices supporting your spiritual practice. Shipping and handling times vary by location.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
All fees for Offerings are listed on our Site in advance. If you are not satisfied with an Info Product, you may request a refund within 14 days of access. Refunds will be processed to the method used for purchase within 7 business days of approval. For Goods, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item is in new condition; shipping charges are nonrefundable.
For Services, transfers are available up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. If you cannot attend a Service and do not request a transfer within this period, no refund will be issued. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and respects the commitments made by our facilitators and venue providers.
To request a refund or transfer, please submit your request via Contact Us with your order details, and our team will assist you promptly.
5. Cancellations by Spirivanta
If we cancel a Service due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available session at no extra charge.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and trademarks provided through our Offerings are the property of Spirivanta or its licensors. No portion may be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Spirivanta’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Offering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other liabilities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
